Procedure:
- Pass out white paper. Write names on back.
- Draw a large rectangle length-wise in the center of the page with the black oil pastel. Color in.
- Add skinny rectangles for arms, wider rectangles for legs.
- Add 3 small circles at the end of each limb for paws.
- Add on a curvy tail.
- Color in his body, legs, and tail with black oil pastel.
- With white paint and a paintbrush, paint on a half circle for Splat’s belly and a full circle for his face.
- With pink paint and a Q-tip, add on small pink pads for his paws and a pink nose.
- Using black chalk, add little lines all around the outside of Splat’s body. Use a tissue to smear them a bit.
- When paint dries, glue on googly eyes with Elmer’s glue and die cuts. Add a black oil pastel smile.
