Glass Projects by Grade Level

GLASS PROJECTS BY GRADE LEVEL Please choose ONE project for your class from the list below.  You may choose something from a previous year if your class has never made that item before (for example, if your 4^th graders never made a snowman), but please don’t choose ahead of your grade level, and don’t create your own project.  Since the PTSA is now funding glass, you will not collect any money from parents for glass projects.  We need to limit the number of projects this year to one per child in order to plan glass inventory and monitor supplies. Please DO NOT do more than one glass project this year.  Please contact Explore Art Chairs Susmita/Noveira (exploreart@smithptsa.org) when you have planned your project and are ready to choose your glass.

Kindergarten

• Gnome
• Pendants (can do pendants along with the snowman, gnome or tree)

1^st

• Dog/Cat
• Reindeer ornament
• Stars
• Penguin

2^nd

• Christmas Ornaments
• Sun catcher

3^rd

• Sun catcher
• Vase
• Votive

4^th

• Glass house (Gingerbread, birdhouse, dog house, garden house, etc)
• Snowflake
• Sun catcher

5^th

• Landscape Scenes
• Mosaic or Coaster
• Sun catcher
